CUP MATCH TIME
Rosewood Bermuda

I know I'm a bit late with this post but better late than never right?
For those of you who don't know what Cup Match is in Bermuda, it is pretty much our biggest event every year. It consists of a two day holiday and cricket match to celebrate Emancipation Day and Somers Day here in Bermuda. During this time, families and friends get together to camp out, have BBQ's and attend the cricket game which rotates between Somerset Cricket Club and St. George's Cricket Club every year.
This year I opted out of the traditional BBQ on the beach or cricket game and decided to attend a pool party event, Venu, that was held at Rosewood Bermuda on the first day of Cup Match.

Representing my team, St. George's of course, I decided to wear a baby blue dress along with long pink tassel earrings and a beaded clutch that I had purchased from Forever21. I paired the look with pink heels and yellow tinted shades which made the outfit even more colorful but hey it is summer time after all..

While entering the hotel and making my way to the pool, I was intrigued with the decor and ambiance of the establishment. It was clean, fresh and decorated very meticulously.
For those of you who know me you know that I love art and I have to take time to admire it when I come in contact with great pieces. Rosewood was full of art that related to our beautiful island home and I had to stop and take some pictures. Even if that meant getting left behind by friends... but they understand.

It was a beautiful holiday and even though my team did not take home the cup, I still enjoyed myself and everyones company. Thank you Rosewood for having me! Until next time...
Continue to Work Hard and Stay Humble!
Love,
